Pre-season Training
There are a
few changes (shown in red) to the schedule
of training and friendly matches shown below - please check carefully and contact Steve or Ash if you are unsure of whether
training is taking place, or if you are required for a friendly game.
PLEASE NOTE Occasionally
sessions will be held at Our Sponsors Virgin Active, Pentagon Island, Derby - Next door to Derbyshire Cricket
Ground and Damons Restraunt. Click here for directions. Actual dates will be advised by Steve / Ash nearer the time.
| Seniors Squad Pre Season Training Dates |
| All training sessions will normally be from 7 until 8.30pm.
Tuesdays will normally be a fitness sesson at Derby College, Mackworth and may be indoors or outdoors, so bring footwear
for both. Thursdays will be a football session on the astro
turf at Leesbrook School so again bring suitable footwear. |
| Boots
and trainers are needed for all sessions. Also, plenty of fluids! |
| Friendlies
are being arranged and will be confirmed at training sessions. |
